Eric has been teaching percussion for more than 20 years now, and has a degree in modern music teaching. Mostly influenced by Brazilian music, he plays with a few groups, but he also loves other styles like western Africa digital percussion or jazz. He started playing the bodhran (the Irish drum played with a stick) in 2016. He uses it, along with other percussion, in a very effective and delicate manner within Ghillie’s.
